“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
There was a time in your history where you played with extra-terrestrial beings, openly. You have had open physical contact with extra-terrestrials, and it started millions of years ago. We are telling you this because you need to know that the activity with extra-terrestrials now is nothing new.
Just because it is covert and hidden from you, and just because when you have your experiences, you don’t remember them, doesn’t make any of these experiences new by any stretch. There is extra-terrestrial life on planet Earth in the form of beings who were not born on planet Earth. They are in your oceans. They are in your mountains, and some even walk the streets.
While this would be a shock to learn for most people on planet Earth, we suspect that those of you receiving our message are not shocked at all. Some of you have had personal contact that you remember, and others of you long for that contact. But here’s the important thing to remember. None of this is happening outside of you. None of this is separate from you. You are one with all beings, and all beings, terrestrial or otherwise, exist within you.
Therefore, if you want to get to know extra-terrestrial beings, get to know yourselves. Get to know every part of yourselves. Become comfortable with every part of yourselves. Do not fear any aspect of who you are, and when you achieve that, you will be ready once again for open physical contact that you can remember.
This will happen in waves as more and more of you become ready for that contact. It will not be an experience for the entire population all at once, because you are all in different places. You are all in different points of readiness, and you all have different paths.
Your path is simply what interests you. And so if this type of contact interests you, then it is a part of your path. Just remember that the path begins and ends with you.
We are the Arcturian Council, and we have enjoyed connecting with you.”
