Picking Your Battles | The Creator

When you say you have had enough and The Universe responses with, “Oh, this is just the beginning!”, you may want to sit down, face in hands and cry. That, my love, is a perfectly acceptable response to the recent ‘goings on”. The one thing you must remember through all of it is this – expression of emotion (whatever it is) is a good thing. Getting stuck in that emotion and letting it control your existence is counter-productive. You have the power, skill and knowledge to change anything in your life. It may be a matter of picking your battles, however, that ability is there. When are you going to allow yourself to put it to good use? ~ Creator

The evolution of humanity | The Council

We have received a question regarding a statement made by Creator energy during a session of deep hypnosis of our channel and conducted by Suzanne Spooner. Bear in mind as you read this that, although the question is specific, it involves the evolution of humanity into its next iteration, and therefore the answer will just as easily apply to many of your current conditions.

“In the last Speaking with Self session, Creator spoke about the way many people have dealt with less than loving relationships with others, sometimes learning lessons, other times teaching a lesson. Creator ended by saying this won’t be something we have to experience much longer. Can the Council explain more?”

Once again we draw your attention to the differences between your sequential understanding of “much longer” – meaning a small number of days, weeks, months, etc. – and our understanding, which would put it into a perspective of a number of changes relative to the eternity of your ‘past’ and ‘future’. We could have said that you have a relatively few necessary changes to get through before you notice wide-ranging and significant changes in yourselves and therefore your environment.

Many things that you currently see as teaching, as learning, as having been put upon you, or as your having brought upon yourselves, many things that you ‘endure’, will be seen in new ways by you and will become enjoyable and desirable. This is, of course, difficult for you to accept. But understand please that your entire concept of yourselves and your purpose is about to undergo change that you simply do not have the tools to imagine.

If you were to go back through all of the statements that we have made, through this and other channels, and simply accept them as fact, then you might begin to understand. We have, you see, told you many times, in many ways, what you are and what you will know about yourselves when you accept that, but you are still not able to do the accepting. You carry a deal of baggage that you have accepted as true. You are beginning to question these ‘truths’, and are discarding those that you find to have been misleading, fear creating, or intended to control, as you move closer and closer to the next great understanding of yourselves.

You are being shown, in your dreams at night, in your meditations, even in the changes around you, what is possible. If you do not see it, you may not be looking for it yet, or you may not be accepting it. Nothing will seem ‘real’ to you that you consider impossible. But the reality at this time is that you are either showing what is possible, or you are increasingly being put in positions to observe what is possible.

When you catch yourself thinking ‘I cannot’ ‘I must not’, ask yourself, “Why can’t I?’ ‘Why mustn’t I?’ ‘Who says so?’ ‘Why do they say so?’ ‘Do I accept that? and if I do, why?’

When you ask these things, when you make these conscious decisions, whatever your decisions may be, you will have taken your own personal power back. This is a very enlightening experience, as you will see.

You are all familiar with the idea of moving to a higher grade in your schools. What is happening now is that you have done enough of that and are now approaching the time to ‘graduate’ to a higher institution. University may still be some distance off, but you are leaving grade school.

Oneness | The Council

Today we want to take a closer look at the concept of oneness, unity. So many of your questions would be resolved if you were to really examine your own thoughts more completely. We choose to include the question below, but once again, it represents many others.

“Does the divine source (all-that-is consciousness) at all concern itself with our human matters or is it entirely detached from our lives given its “no free-will interference” directive? And if this is so, would it imply that the creator does not really give a damn about what we do and what we don’t and how we experience our lives and how reality shapes itself?”

Divine Source does concern Itself with human matters. Divine Source concerns Itself with feline matters. It concerns Itself with arboreal matters, with planetary matters, and with astral matters.

We have said, and we say again, that God, Creator, Source, call It what you will, is in all things. We have said many times that all is energy, all is fields of vibration, there is no separation. We have said each of you is a divine being because of what we just stated.

Does It or He or She concern itself with your matters? It is you! It is us. It is that. It is this. You cannot find anything in the multiverses that it is not.

Do you concern yourself with the matters of your left hand? The matters of your heart? Of your knees? These are silly questions, correct? Why? Because they are you. There is no separation between you and any of your parts.

Now, it is a part of the illusion that you have built that you and Source are separate. We are telling you that it past time for that to end. It is time to begin dispelling that entire illusion and to begin returning to the realization of the oneness.

It is the fear of the ego, that has enjoyed the feeling of being in control, that this return will end its existence. It will not. If you did not need an ego to function there, there would not be one. But dominion over your personal world is not its designed function. This you added as a necessary part of the illusion.

You also added “Fear God!” “I am a God fearing person.” Why? Because you allowed yourselves to be taught that your unconditionally loving God, the God who is love, will damn you to everlasting torment if you do, say, or even think this or that. How unconditional is that?

Now, about the Oneness thing. And this answers a great many other questions that you have asked, as well. It is obvious to all that within the oneness there are many individuals. There are untold billions of life forms on untold billions of planets in untold billions of galaxies. Each and every one of those creations, and we are including those cosmic bodies, are living and conscious. They are not going to cease to exist as consciousness. Nor are you. Nor are various entities that are communicating with you. Nor is your cat.

Each of these viewpoints of experience, if you look at them in that way, have the purpose inherent in all life. Go! Experience! Be!

Yes! God concerns Itself with you. You often ask, “If there is a God, why does He allow this to happen?” And we answer, “Good question. Why do you?”

Search for the unity. Search for the oneness. Search for the knowing. You may consult with others. You may ask us. But ultimately, the answers will be known by you, remembered, as soon as you encounter them. This is ‘within’. This has always been taught. “Seek and ye shall find.” Probably not by tomorrow morning, however, although there is that possibility.

The question of purpose | The Council

We find that once again we must address the question of purpose. Over and over you ask this council, and many other channels, “How can I find my purpose?” “What is my, or our, purpose?” “What should I be doing?” We have, in the list of questions to us, more than a dozen that ask this in one way or another. We will address it now, once again, and perhaps you will understand that the problem lies in your preconceived ideas of what an acceptable purpose may be.

There is a mother reading this who is exhausted from caring for three children. She is doing a mostly unappreciated job very well. She keeps them fed, clothed, sheltered, doctored, and amused. And she does this with less resources than she might wish to have. She stopped wanting much for herself a few years ago.

In quiet moments she laments not having time to devote to finding her true purpose in life.

In varying degrees, this is an excellent illustration of all of those who ‘can’t find’ their purpose. We ask you this, does that mother know that she is not raising a remarkable world leader? Does she know that one of those children may become a researcher who develops a cure for several deadly diseases? What if the granddaughter of one of those children might become a most exceptional teacher?

You have been ‘sold a bill of goods’ about what is important in your world and what is not. And then you have also bought into the idea that you can be ‘not enough’. In your world, as it presently exists, a person can be thought to be worth a great deal if they can play a game well, or look good in front of a camera, or read lines in a pleasing voice. They can command very high salaries and live in expensive homes, etc. Teachers, healers, farmers, etc., who live their lives benefitting those around them are expected to ask little or even nothing for what they do.

What does this say about the value that is placed on the ordinary but well lived, life? How might it be affecting your ideas of what your purpose ‘should’ be?

All of what we have just discussed is the result of the things you have been taught, or that you have learned from observation, in your lifetime. It was all determined by others and accepted by you. Have you ever asked yourself what you want to do in your life? Is that too selfish an idea?

You are living in judgment of yourselves by comparing yourselves to the accepted ideas of others, some of whom are long dead. Do you see?

Let us tell you what your purpose truly is.

From your perspective, when you see someone who is highly visible in your society, or even someone who is in a profession that you respect, or someone who has devoted his public life to benefit society, you think he or she is following her purpose, his purpose, in life. And it may be the case that what they are doing follows an intention made before the incarnation.

However, the occupation itself is no indicator as such. The purpose of every human on your planet is, and always has been, to raise and expand the consciousness of themselves as individuals, and of the collective of humanity. The Higher Self or divine self, and the guides and teachers of the individual, have the purpose during that life of bringing to the individual whatever is most needed to fulfill that overarching purpose.

If the growth and expansion of the consciousness will be best served by the experience of being a farmer, then a farmer shall one be. But, life is never about learning only one lesson. And most often, life is not simply about learning. It is even possible to have a life that is basically a rest period, a reward. But reward or punishment, it is not thrust upon anyone because some being sitting in judgment somewhere made a decision. It is decided that it is most needed by the soul itself after much counseling.

Now you are trying to come to grips with this idea and most probably you are failing to do so. You are not equipped with the ability, the information, nor the viewpoint of a being that has lived countless lives and has all of that experience with which to come to that understanding. Yet, you are just that being in your true essence.

And you eternally respond with “Why?” And we eternally answer, “Because that is what you have chosen.” The time is coming when your evolution will allow such knowing to be yours. You, humanity, have decided that it shall be so, and so it shall be.

In the meanwhile, you would be best served by trusting your soul to bring you exactly what you need exactly when you need it. Few of you have learned this. And that is alright. Everything is alright. You will come to see this, as well.

Now, if we have explained ourselves well enough, you may begin to see that your ‘purpose’ is what is in front of you to do this day. Like everything else in your lives, it is an ever changing and evolving thing. The electrician of today was sure he wanted to be a cowboy when he was younger. Then he studied to be an artist. He almost could not tell you what happened to get him to where he is today. But, oddly enough, he truly enjoys painting now that he does not need to be perfect at it. Enjoy to its fullest the day you are in. Find something each day to be grateful for. Tell your soul. Trust it. And tell it that, too.

Give yourselves credit for being on a journey devoted to the search for the truth of who you are. Were this not true, you would not have asked the questions that you have asked, nor would you have been likely to read this far. You are amazing. You are divine beings of awesome light. You are changing a world. Just don’t assume that you must do it alone.

YOU vs you | The Council

Today we will discuss some of the qualities of YOU vs you. What are you growing into? More accurately, what qualities does your True Self possess that your incarnated self is learning to embody on this plane?

Now, before we really get into this, let us make it clear that there is no more separation between YOU and you than there is between you and your big toe. You are an aspect of, a part of, YOU. And your ultimate goal is to remember that fact and allow it to be demonstrated as true here, in this life.

One of the obstacles to that is that you have bought into the concept that there is a real difference between the two. There is a veil. There is no way a human being can become anything so wondrous, magical, and divine. And we will say, your are correct. There is no way to ‘become’ what you already are.

You make statements that admit to this, yet you contradict those statements in the next breath. God is love. There is only love. God is in everything. (But not in him.) Everything is holy. But I could never be. I forgive. But I could not possibly be forgiven for THAT! He should be punished, damned! God is in everyone.

Now, we will say this, either everything is holy, or nothing is. Why? Because God is the Creator of everything, and there is nothing else to create everything out of. Correct? Even you. Even you. Even you.

So, what are the differing qualities between you, the big toe, and YOU, the SELF? Understand that if this SELF were able to be defined and explained, it would have been long ago. But we can point out some of the characteristics that it holds.

The True Self is. There is no past self. There is no future self. One cannot explain the eternal to the linear mind. It just is. So it is, among other things, all of the incarnate beings, and all of the discarnate beings that it can be said to have ever been. And you are one of those.

It is aware of this. It has lived many times. It has ‘died’ many times. It does not fear. From its perspective, there is nothing to fear.

It does not lack. It knows that all of the created universe is available to it.

It does not judge itself or anything else. First, there is nothing ‘else’. Then, it sees only the perfection that everything is.

It knows its power. “Behold! I make all things new.”

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, the you that does not know its own power, does not realize that its own disbelief is all the power it needs to maintain its unreal, but perceived, separateness. Its own judgment of itself is all it needs to deny its own divinity. Its own acceptance of the judgments others make of it, show a belief in its lack of perfection. Its fear of becoming what it actually already is, is what it perceives as veils, blockages, judgment by the Divine, etc.

Conversely, the acceptance of the possibility of the embodiment, and the becoming of the self as the manifested Self, is what you are calling ascension. And it has been in process for several of your years. Your bodies are actually becoming able to handle this higher energy. Your baggage is being jettisoned. And the ascension is ongoing.

Some of you see what is occurring for others and you judge yourselves for not having the same. Meanwhile, those others might very well wish to have what they see in you. This is a process. And each of you must start where you are.

What we see as instant, in terms of the expanse of ALL, you see as “Are we there yet?” You could be in great joy if you took the time to appreciate each step as you go through it, took joy in her growth, enjoyed his change. And we urge you to constantly remind yourselves that this is a collective experience. Each and every upward step that one takes contributes to the ascension of all.

We have taken the time to go through all of this because, as your questions reach us, it is obvious to us that at least half of them could be answered if they were thought about in the light of what we have just explained. You will not understand what we have said as long as you read it through the lenses of your past teachings, dogmas, and beliefs. But much will begin to change for you if you can begin to allow the possibility of these concepts. The more that you incorporate them into your lives, the quicker and more complete your personal change will be.

We offer you our unconditional love and support. You are, after all, from your viewpoint, other aspects of us. For you, a possibility. For us, a given.

Unconscious Beliefs | The Council

We will repeat today a message concerning unconscious beliefs. There are things that you accept as true even though you have not personally given any thought to them. Some are extremely important and limiting.

In one our messages we used the words deserve and worthy. We used the word unworthy. This was in the context of a discourse on the illusion of separation. We would like to expand on those terms today.

We understand, and we stated, that mankind is in the process of bringing the illusion of separation to an end. Seen from your vantage point, it will be obvious that everyone is not at the same point in the process. And the ideas of unworthiness and being undeserving are an unconscious anchor holding many in place where they are. As is the idea that it is not possible to be at one with the divine. There are even those, and not a few, who would be afraid to achieve that oneness. So we have here a few serious things to discuss.

If you cannot think of yourself as deserving of a thing, you will never be able to have it. If someone were to give it to you, you would figure out a way to lose it. The same is true of feeling unworthy. And almost every person on your world has as least begun by judging himself, herself, as being in that state, if not just downright needing to be punished. Many centuries of being taught such things have resulted in you believing them.

It is a widely understood concept now that the divine does not judge. But understanding the concept does not guarantee that it is accepted in one’s deepest core. It is quite possible to think one thing and actually believe the opposite. In fact, it is more than possible, it is common.

As for being afraid to achieve oneness, or even progress, this also is holding many back. You do not know what sort of life you will lead when those things are overcome. And what one doesn’t know, one has been taught to be afraid of. And again, it is possible to wish for something and still fear having it.

There are practices among you these days that will help you to find and root out these things. And they can be found and worked on in prayer and meditations of all kinds. It is not all lost however if you do not practice these things. It may be a lot more difficult to see them in yourself however.

That is the trick, you see. You need to know that they are there. Once you find them, merely being aware of them will begin to dissolve them.

Now in the time you are living through, the energies that your world is being flooded with are bringing these things to the surface for you to see and release. And those who understand this will have a much better time of it than those who do not yet know what is happening. Of course this is the reason why we keep pointing things like this out to you.

There is one more suggestion we would make, and it is not the first time we have made it, nor is this the first time you will have seen it. If you make a daily practice of sitting quietly and breathing white, or perhaps white and violet, light into the top of your crown, your heart, and then throughout your body, you can make short work of much of this. It is not necessary to spend large amounts of time with it. It is good if you can remember to do it often throughout your day.

It is accepted by many that you are about to enter an entirely new phase of this ascension process. And that is true. Would it be a shock for you to discover that the process of self-realization will not end there?

What Time Is It? | The Council

We thought to begin our discussions for your new year that you have designated 2019 by having a little fun with the concept itself.

Now you most likely have a mental picture of a year as being a journey around your star that begins and ends in a particular spot. And you think this even though many of you know that this is not the case. It is a convenient thought. However it could only be true if your star was stationary.

Your star is moving at great velocity through the cosmos. And the planets in your system, being attracted to the star, seem to be chasing after it. The planetary tracks would seem to be rather like spirals. And the position of your date of January first is only relative to the star itself. In reality, it is in a far different place than it was on the first day of your last year.

Let’s examine your year itself. Most of you use a solar calendar, but not all. Therefore, your year may or may not begin on the day you call January first. Even in the countries that still recognize the tradition of a lunar calendar, the first day of the year is not always the same.

sSo you see, your years, your dates, your calendars are all based upon agreements between you made long ago. This has been done for most of your history, even of only for agricultural reasons. The study of the heavens that enabled a few to be able to predict certain perceivable relative positions of celestial bodies made those students of the cosmos into magicians, priests, etc. Sadly, the histories of those traditions and institutions has been somewhat less than stellar.

Now, to further have some fun, check your date and time before you go on a little journey with us, an imaginary journey. First, let’s leave your planet and look around, pick another body in your system, a moon or another planet, and mentally go for a visit. When you left Earth it was X minutes after Y hour in your time zone on this date. What time is here? Not relative at all is it?

Now try to imagine yourself where we are, looking at all systems, galaxies, etc. What time is it where we are relative to all of that?

You see, time as you know it is only a convenience that allows you to place events in the past and schedule things among yourselves. It is really only a human construct.

So, to end this, please allow us to wish you a very happy Now.

Message for Your New Year | The Council

It is appropriate for us to begin by expressing our appreciation of those who have followed our messages until now. Some of you have reservations about some of what we have shared, and yet you have a deep desire to find and remember the truth that you, as you will discover, carry deep within yourselves. Your discovery of this will ignite those desires within those around you. And the effects of this on your personal and collective worlds will astound you.

Often, in the course of your living through your day to day lives, you lose sight of the fact that you are creating the history that you will remember at later times. Never before has this been more true and prevalent than it is today. These are momentous days, dear friends, dear family.

We told you that in the last period that you label a year, your world would change dramatically. It has, and yet, immersed in its moments as you are, it is difficult for you to perceive it in that way. Added to that is the fact that much of what has happened, and continues to happen, is kept well out of sight.

In the coming months, prepare for much to emerge into the light. These things are not what we wish to discuss. But we do wish to discuss the way in which you might best deal with them.

Quite a large number of you have felt isolated until this point. In the sense that you are somewhat widely scattered about the world, this has indeed been the case. There has been enough contact with others, perhaps, for you to realize that you not really alone, but you are surrounded by those who really do not see the world as you do. If you have not begun to get some understanding of the reason for this, let us now tell you that you have placed yourselves exactly where you will be needed. And this time is what you were preparing for.

Now, do we mean that you have huge duties to perform, great movements to lead, or changes to make? No, we do not. But again, yes, we do.

Do not lose sight of the fact that you are vibrational beings immersed in a vibrational world. You may, in fact, choose to be involved in the ways we mentioned. But the placements of yourselves throughout the societies in which you are living is purposeful in other ways. Your knowing, your vibrations, your sanity will be very greatly effective in moderating the chaotic change that is beginning to occur. Just the being of the selves that you are, where you are, is the great purpose you chose to fulfill, whether you know it or you don’t. Your peace, your lack of fear, your various abilities will be needed this year. Let the year and the world rage around you. Others will feel your strength and calm.

You may be tempted to become alarmed at what you see. Certainly you will be shocked by some of what crawls into the light. But you are the ones that will be able to see that this is progress toward the light. Mankind needs to purge, never again to allow what has festered unseen beneath the surface.

This will be so. You have decided. You have decreed. So be it.

Now, all of that having been said, let us make a forecast for you. At the end of this cycle, you will be living in a world that you will able to perceive as being much more to your liking. You will be free of much that you did not even know you were struggling under.

We are projecting an image of a waterfowl moving upstream in one of your waterways. So calm to the eye. Paddling hard beneath the surface. This fits your situation. Underneath what you see, your are paddling hard. And there are vast numbers of others that are lifting you, as well. When you rise, all rise. Be in your knowing that this is the truth of your time.

Create | The Council

What will you create today? You are a creator being, fashioned in the likeness of the Being who created you and you have been given free will. Let’s explore for a short while some of what that might mean.

Let us begin by stating that you will create something. The one thing that you cannot create is nothing. You will have thoughts. You will make decisions. You will have experiences and you will form opinions. You may decide to actually turn some of your thoughts into physical things. But even though that is likely how you think of creating, all the rest is creating, as well.

Now you can use some of your energy to look upon those things as good or bad. You have, of course, the ability and the freedom to do that, to judge what you have done. And when you do that, you are also quite likely to judge yourself for having done those things and even for judging yourself. And then you have also created what you call a vicious circle. Good name. They are vicious.

You also have the freedom to choose to use your best efforts to make every thought and every word, every action, to somehow improve something for someone or everyone. Will you make mistakes? Yes, you probably will. You are always learning. You are always able to look back and see things you might have done other ways. And you can fall again into the judgment thing. Or you can just decide to do it the other way next time. You can use the ability to see better ways to make new choices instead of spending time and energy beating yourself up for what is already done, thereby turning the experience into the cause for something of higher energy.

What is good, you can increase. What is beautiful, you can increase. What is of benefit to yourself, to others, to the All, you can increase. This is a decision that you may make and pour your life into. And when you do that, you raise the energy of absolutely everyone and everything. There is nothing that will not benefit from that decision.

So what are we saying here, really? We are saying in a rather roundabout way, so that you can get a slightly better grasp on it, that you are a divine being of immense power. The extent of the effect you have on your world, not one atom of which you are separate from, cannot be known by you… yet. At the present time, your conscious awareness is not great enough to hold all of that. But, if you have come to trust what we tell you, then, as you say, you can take that to the bank.

And the time is soon to come that will have your awareness and abilities so far beyond what you have known that you will be hard pressed to believe it. In fact, believing it is what you are learning to do. If you can believe it, you can learn to be that new you that you have been talking about for a while now.

And we have now come back to the original question. What will you create today? What will you contribute to the field of consciousness in which you have your being? How will you respond to what is before you? The choice is yours, but you will need to begin where you stand. You may wish to begin somewhere else, but that isn’t going to get anywhere. You have the honor, the privilege, and the ability to build from where you are. Go for it!

What is and what mostly is not happening | The Council

As this new season begins, let us call your attention to what is and what mostly is not happening in your world.

It was forecast that this time would be chaotic on your world. We told you that most, if not all, of the structures of your societies would begin to crumble, that this is necessary before you can or will rebuild them into the new. And many of you are seeing the beginnings of this. We would like to point out for you what is not happening.

Look around you and see that, in this world that is home to over seven billion of you – and we count only the upright, bi-pedal ones of you that are so overly proud of yourselves as a species – you, personally only interact in a small area with relatively few of your kind. This is true even if you frequent several cities or even continents.

Now, even though that is the case, your idea that you are a globally connected being, in many ways a good idea, has resulted in a kind of addiction to the emotional content of daily bombardments of information from many thousands of miles away. This is carefully sifted and maintained. This is being used to keep you in a feeling of the need for others to take care of you. This is disempowering. Empowerment is not what is desired for you – at least not by those who control your societies.

Now that you are observing this from a level somewhat above your normal perspective, look at you’re your normal day from ‘up here’. There are those who have been hurt, who have been killed, who have lost their every possession, who have literally disappeared. That is true. And we do not in any way wish for anyone not to feel compassion for those people. The rise of compassion in the world is indeed a marvelous thing. But even though those things have happened, and continue to happen every day, we would point something out to you.

Your own world is, in reality, much smaller than the one shown to you, hour by hour, minute by minute, by your media. Your own problems, and all of you have things that for you are problematic, have a far greater effect on your life than any of the things you see from other places. Yet you feel that you must continue to view those things, to listen to those things. You are quite possibly addicted to the emotional chemicals that are produced when you do that. And having your body produce those chemicals hour by hour, day after day, is not good for you. It is not good for you in any way.

This is why you are urged over and over to walk in the woods, to meditate, to take time in the quiet for yourselves. You very much need your body to have the rest and to produce those chemicals that peace and quiet will induce. And you very much need to get in touch with the person who is living their life in your world, with your friends and family, where you are. And you truly do need to know who you are. You truly do need to know that you are a divine being living here for a divine reason. You need to discover your worth, which is immeasurable.

All the noise that you are living in is designed to keep your attention away from that, do you see? Because once you do find it, once you know who you are, your effect upon that larger world will be beyond control.

So consider giving your own life, and the lives of those around you, more attention and love. Consider that your here and your now are the most important things in your world. That world will expand when your being grows and demands to be heard and felt.
