When you react, you are in what is sometimes referred to as a “Godawful hurry!”
When you are in a panic — panic always has the better of you — give yourself some of this imagined time to withdraw. Take a walk. Go into the woods. Give your heartbeat a chance to slow down.
Thank God, panic, which is a form of self-pandemonium, doesn’t last forever. Panic backs away. It goes somewhere. You may think that panic is a natural reaction. Natural carries a different connotation to Me.
Natural is more like catching your breath. Give panic a chance to reduce itself. Does panic come from adrenalin soaking in? No matter how masterful panic may be, a state of panic doesn’t last forever. Panic is like the huffing and puffing of the big bad wolf at your door. Don’t let the big bad wolf in.
Is the antonym of panic Peace?
Peace likes itself. Peace unto you. Peace is a cool mist. Peace settles. Peace is like a comforter that wraps you with its warmth at the very time it cools you down. You do understand how panic is hot and cold at the same time? What a constraint panic can be. A sense of panic cannot see beyond its nose.
In the relative world, there are opposites. If panic exists in the world, its opposite also exists. Peace is the other side of the coin. Peace is worth paying attention to. Bow down to Peace, and panic will fizzle out.
Pull the soft blanket of Peace up to your chin. Panic is some kind of fire going on within you. Outside you, this fire is named war. Panic is like a firearm. Ah, it is a fire alarm going off.
When you were in school and there were fire drills, you were to exit at a steady pace with grace. Peace has grace. Panic is too busy panicking. In an emergency, even an appearance of calm calms you down. Even in panic, you can exhibit poise.
In rough times, you are told to use your head. Anything is better than panic to use. As it happens, somehow your mind already instructed you that this is a good time for you to panic. It seems to Me that there is no good time to panic. Panic is a deer caught in headlights.
Panic is an attitude. A less rash attitude other than panic is in order.
You don’t have to jump out of your skin. You do not have to sentence yourself to even an hour at the end of your rope. How can panic be helpful? What does panic do for you except to excuse you from Peace. Choose Peace over panic. Why not? Panic is pretty dramatic. Why choose drama over Peace?
When you are in a panic, by some unidentified means, you have given yourself a high sign to panic. This really isn’t the way to get off a wild ride.
Is it Love that encourages you to panic? Is it even survival? Theories may be given to explain and excuse panic, yet, at what expense? How can panic be worth anything at all? You don’t usually like to overpay. Whatever you pay for panic, you are overpaying.
Choose a good buy instead.
What pandemonium of the heart and breath panic causes. What state does panic get you into? What rate of speed? If panic blocks you from Peace, how does panic serve you? Panic doesn’t take you where you want to go. It takes you away from your good.
A flood of panic isn’t better than a dry desert.
Anyway, choose Peace.

Dear ones, be not afraid of what you are seeing and hearing, for these are the symbols of a changing universe, the dying throes of old energy that is soon to become part of another world in which you who have chosen to awaken need not take part. All have been given the choice to ascend. Most are un-aware of this, but on the deeper levels, everyone is choosing.
Try not to fear for or be concerned about family and friends who may be choosing not to awaken at this time. Their Higher Self in its infinite wisdom may know that they need more three dimensional type experiences before they will be ready to leave them behind. Every person will ascend into higher levels of awareness at some point in their journey, it is inevitable. Mans true nature is Divine and he is not meant to spend forever living the experiences of illusory beliefs.
Be not afraid dear ones, for you are not now and never have been what you see when you look into a mirror or what you were told and believed yourself to be. It is a new time, a time of awakening and a time for rejoicing in the realization that you are in reality one with the Creator and thus one with all that the Creator is.
The Arcturian group would like to speak of peace. Not concepts of peace that come from signed documents created through force or obligation, but true peace, a peace that is only able to manifest outwardly when consciously present within. Peace is spiritual, not material.
True peace is a peace that the three dimensional state of consciousness knows nothing about and thus can never successfully create through treaties, wars, dominance, and punishment–ideas based in the sense of separation. Because “peace” created through these methods is based in duality and separation, sooner or later the “good side” will flip to the “bad side” for the belief in duality always manifests as pairs of opposites. Real peace can only manifest when the substance from which it is formed is present–consciousness.
Peace is the natural expression of Love, the realization that all is ONE within the ONE. Why would anyone want to hate, hurt, deceive, lie, kill, and make to suffer, itself? It is only the dense energies of personal and collective un-evolved states of consciousness that see power over others as an appropriate action to bring about peace. Peace is the birthright of every person because it is the reality–globally and individually.
Dear ones, there is only ONE and that ONE is you. Human eyes that only see physical forms of the One believe in separation, but all lifeforms are individual manifestations of the only substance there is–One Omnipresent, Omnipotent, Omniscient Divine Consciousness.
The acceptance of true identity as being Divine, moves an individual beyond the fears and doubts that come with believing that humans are only material bodies subject to every experience of good and evil unless protected by any means. This realization comes only after many experiences lived under the thumb of duality and separation (earth school) which finally lead the weary soul to open and embrace their true self. It is then that a consciousness of true peace begins to unfold, bringing with it peace of mind, the peace everyone seeks.
The root of real and lasting peace (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual) is a conscious realization of Oneness. Each day more people on earth are experiencing a deeper sense of oneness, often without conscious awareness of what it is they are feeling. Witness the actions of an increasing number of people who choose to sacrifice themselves in some capacity for others, often strangers or animals. These actions are usually spontaneous , arising without thought in some moment of extreme need from that core of love everyone carries within.
At this time there are many very evolved souls on earth, here to be an examples to others as well as to add their Light to the collective. They did not need to come in order to resolve karma or learn lessons of love, because they have already done this work on earth or on other planets.
Seeing the need of humans for help at this powerful time of change, these souls lovingly chose to assist. You can see them in all walks of life doing seemingly ordinary things and will recognize them by a loving but often intense energy as they work to bring deeper awareness into situations where it is needed. They are often intuitively felt as being powerful, but to human eyes look ordinary.
Actions of love occur daily, but you are primarily served the negative from most news sites. This is why it is important to limit your involvement in the news because it can easily pull you back into old energy. It is fine to be aware of what is going on around you, but do not align with it. It is the same idea as when you align with the energy of some low resonating person and then find yourself drained of energy which is how the term “energy vampires” came about.
In all situations, and with all people, places, things, and events keep your energy field clear, filled with light, and not in alignment with any lower resonating energy that may be present. Lower resonating energies have a sense of “heaviness” about them which is easily felt in some places and with certain people. Do not fear it for it has no power other than what you give it, but be aware of not aligning or identifying with it. You may just choose to leave.
Until an individual realizes that everything he seeks is already present within, he will continue to seek outwardly from persons, and things. You unwittingly offer your own energy when you align with another’s lower resonating energy, remember there is only one. In the belief that you are being loving and sympathetic, you may discover yourself feeling drained and wondering why. Without conscious intention they have utilized your energy.
Sympathy– (“I feel your pain. Oh, how you have suffered etc.”). Compassion– (“I understand. Perhaps you could do this etc.”). Because there is only one, alignment occurs easily. It is especially important that those who work as counselors, therapists etc. to remember this, clearing their work space and energy fields often. When you align with anything, you become one with the energy of it–people, places, things, ideas, etc. This is the secret behind relationships-that work, both evolved and low resonating–their energies are in alignment.
There is a fine tuning of sorts happening now for all who are spiritually aware. Up to this point, serious seekers have been allowed to continue in some of their old energy ways without much repercussion, but because the resonance of earth has become so much more rarified, everyone’s corners of belief are being swept out and the spiritual leash has become very short.
Remember this when small events and actions once considered unimportant, start to feel very important and may even bring in a sense of guilt which you don’t understand. This is because your energy field has become increasingly more attuned to the higher frequencies of Light causing you to easily sense when you are out of alignment.
It has been said that at a certain point the spiritual journey becomes like walking the razor’s edge. This is what you are doing now. Let go of trying to figure everything out with the human mind because it cannot be done. Trust that the I that you are knows the plan.
Be the peace you seek– real peace–you are ready.

In your Life on Earth, We can say you have many rose petals to pluck. Your Life goes beyond: Love or not Love. Life goes beyond the old refrain: He loves me, or he loves me not. Anyway, the quality of your Life does not depend upon any so-called individual but you. Love is not an outside job.
You keep up the pace of Life you keep. You race as if you are out of breath. You run for dear life. Take a new lease on Life. Try ambling. Amble down the Path of Life. Pull up at a rest stop.
Look at the sky and the trees. Those are two good sights to look. Do not be in a rush to catch up to what you feel hangs over you. Catch on to how to release yourself from bondage. You claim yourself a prisoner. Ah, beloveds, you are in your own thrall.
You can take a cat-nap. There is no need for you to ever be on the alert for danger. Abandon danger. Drink deeply of Peace. If you must escalate anything, escalate Peace. Peace is at hand. If something must dominate your life, let it be Peace. Give Peace an open invitation. Peace is good at any time.
Peace of what? Peace of knowing Peace without hesitation, Peace without storm. Peace as easy as pie, Peace as easy as allowing. Be in favor of Peace. Align yourself with Peace. Know its cooling nature. Peace is an avowal. It is not a contrast with something else. Let Peace be a foregone conclusion. If you drive a car or ride a bike, let it be named Peace. Make Peace your good friend.
Lean back. Ignite no fires. No need to put fires out either. Don’t rub two sticks together in the first place. Peace is being at Peace. May your Name be Peace. May you collect peace as a rebate due you. Chalk up Peace. Tally Peace. Long live Peace. There is no other alternative. Peace is the choice of Kings.
Consider that there is Peace in the wings, Peace is on a grand scale. Consider there is no opposite to peace. There are no opposites.
Peace is a cooling pool. No need of heated fumes. Refresh in the cooling pool of Peace. War does not exist outside of you. There is no need for war anywhere. There is no advantage to it unless you think turmoil is an asset. There is no need for you to speculate danger, no need to speculate an opposite to Peace. Be at peace. Peace is a priority. It really is Peace at all costs. There is no cost to peace. Anything else costs you dearly. There is no minus to peace.
Begin peace today. Make an end to any war within you. Nip it in the bud. It is not even necessary to abhor war. Dispense with any debate. Take no pride in argument. End all thought of war today. No walking on its edge. No anti-war. Let war not be your topic. Everyone already knows war is awful. War is in no shape or way lawful. War is no nut to crack. Put away uniforms.
No negotiations. No uprisings. Plant Peace everywhere. Declare Peace. Undo the concept of battle. Don’t build walls. Knock walls down. Walls are not Truth. Peace is Truth.

The latest guidance from the Ascended Masters, Galactics, Earth Elementals, Faery Elders, Angels, and Archangels known as the Collective:
Greetings, Creators of the New Earth!
We are aware that many of you have been feeling the effects not only of powerful astrological shifts as of late, but of energy shifts that feel to be emanating from the Earth Herself.
You are not merely “imagining” these changes of renewal and reformation (though imaging is a powerfully active way to co-Create).
You are in the midst of a powerful new stream of Divine Light, pouring into the planet and being received and actively engaged with by Earth, in ways you have not previously witnessed.
This has ushered in forms of higher Light that Earth Herself has not acted upon for many eons.
She is now actively repudiating all forms, structures, and intentions acting against her higher good and soul purpose.
It is so that things appear chaotic at times. Yet in many countries, as we have noted before now, the veil over the words, actions, and faces of your politicians and others supposedly in “authority” has grown so thin that their true intentions, loyalties, and oaths of allegiance can no longer be hidden from sight.
Most human beings are sensing this change, and many millions are fully aware of it, to the point of openly expressing their refusal to be a “minion” or passive recipient of that which is decided for them, against their will and higher good, and against the higher good of the planet.
You are, in other words, finding your Voice as a species, and this is no small thing in Earth’s current timeline.
This has enabled the plans for full enactment and announcement of NESARA, including full disclosure of the Galactic presence, to move forward at an unprecedented pace.
Nor are you feeling now, as much of humanity did during the two world wars of the twentieth century, that you are powerless to affect or redirect the intentions of those who make decrees and what they refer to as “laws,” or who push buttons and give orders for one military action or another.
You have seen the intention for war being carried out only so far, then nullified in some way, so that the full course of action cannot take place.
This is due to several things, which in many ways outstretch even the commitment of the higher realms and your Galactic family to ensure that nuclear arsenal is never again used against the Earth.
It is your own human resolve—small though you may still consider yourselves to be at times—that is stopping these increasingly impotent manufacturers of war in their tracks.
We do not say that no damage is being done, for clearly, many are still suffering, and we do not diminutize the importance of their experience or their lifepaths.
But we do see the scale tipping powerfully and decisively in favor of Peace, in favor of an end to the madness that Earth has witnessed for millennia.
So that even though you appear to still have the same groups and individuals “in charge,” we assure you, they are losing what they call “power,” by the day and hour.
You hold that power now, and it is not power as you have been taught since childhood—the whims and preferences of a tiny minority outweighing that of the majority.
It is not a matter of two apparent opposing sides beating one another at politics, so that at least half the population can rest assured that “our side won” this war or that election, while the other side, equally distracted by divisions of thought and allegiance, swears to regain the upper hand at the next possible opportunity.
The time is past for this, and you are aware of such.
And so whatever color or emblem you have been taught to wear, we ask that you take off that hat or armband, and throw it permanently away.
Everyone is of their own unique color, and their own unique outlook, and there is nothing but room in the New Earth for an expression of every form of individuality, which the old system only ever condemned as dangerous to the good of the whole.
We would say, that IS the good of the whole.
Each voice, each soul presence, pouring its higher intentions into the great river that is human progression, and Earth’s Ascension—that can only contribute positively to that forward movement you have dreamt of and planned for so long, in so many Earth lives.
We are greatly heartened by the number of you refusing to fall for the separateness and divisiveness of the old ways, and refusing to take the deceptions and false promises as a safe place for your and your community’s needs.
For they cannot be.
It is you who are creating the new forms of community, of group and individual empowerment, that will lead you all from feelings of having very few choices, to having more choices than you know what to do with.
You are the ones to decide not how to disempower Earth, but where to plant trees, how to manufacture vehicles that run on water or sunlight, how best to educate children so that their imaginations flourish and their individuality is celebrated.
You are the ones to decide the requirements for a new economy based on equality and abundance for all, and on varying forms of community living.
You are the ones to decide to celebrate national cultures, releasing all thought of fear-based border protections.
And you are the ones to say, “All false gods and false leaders—we release you! We have no further need of the lessons you have taught us. We have no need to live in the shadows any longer.
“We learn more now from anchoring upon the Earth the freedoms of the higher realms. And we accept the responsibilities that come with higher dimensional living.
“We are now freeing the planet for a greater expression of Love, for the power of soul presence, over all false forms of “power” as the third dimension viewed it.”
And so, if you are ready, say Yes now.
Yes to NESARA, Yes to full disclosure, Yes to full responsibility—to grabbing the reins, and co-Creating this New Earth that you have mistakenly waited for.
It awaits you, powerful Light Beings. And we see you continuing to stand, and to claim it.
